The new Karma County retrospective Headland will be in shops and available for download from iTunes 7th October - 36 tracks over 2 CDs remixed, revisited, remastered. The band will be doing a brief east coast tour late October, check website for details.

Brendo has beencommissioned to write and produce the soundtrack for a new Australian feature film by acclaimed director Sue Brooks (Japanese Story). It's called Subdivision, an observational comedy set in Hervey Bay in Queensland. This is great news, Brendo does love doing film music!

In other news after fourteen years of self publishing The Open Tuning Chord Book For Guitar Music Sales has offered Brendo an international publishing deal. Nothing signed yet but fingers crossed it will be in shops in UK early 2009.

Second solo album is on the back burner for the moment until film score is done, should be out mid 2009. With his solo debut, Brendo ventures out into the everyday, rubbing shoulders with the characters who bounce along on the evening tide of urban life.
